How much does interior design cost in Tbilisi?
I give you the exact price at the first, free consultation — it always depends on your space and your brief. Here is what it is made of.
Area and number of rooms
The price depends first of all on the area: the more square metres and rooms, the more layouts, drawings and details are needed. In my projects the album for a 50 m² apartment runs to 13 pages, for a 110 m² apartment to 21.
Scope of work
You can order the whole project or only part of it:
- design concept — the idea, sketches and a material palette;
- 3D visualisation — photorealistic renders of every room, also available on its own;
- a complete technical album — drawings the crew builds from precisely;
- author supervision — I follow the works right up to handover.
Condition of the property
A black frame (shell), a white or green frame, or renovating a space you already live in — the scope and the amount of detail depend on this too.
Timing
The design album takes about 3–6 weeks. How long the build takes depends on the property itself.
