Small house interior design · 2026

The story

  1. The brief

A small 60 m² house with a 200 m² garden where a family can rest, work and host guests — with an island mood, made modern.

  2. The challenge

You cannot fit everything inside 60 m². Room for rest and guests had to be found outdoors — on a veranda and in the garden.

  3. The solution

Downstairs, a studio‑style living room and a study. The whole upper floor became a veranda: a plunge pool, loungers, a hanging swing chair and a covered table. In the garden: uplit trees, a basketball hoop and a barbecue corner — in cream tones, wood and rattan.

Frequently asked questions

How much does interior design cost?

It depends on the area and the scope of work. I give you an exact figure at the first, free consultation.

Is the first consultation really free?

Yes. We meet at the studio, at your property or online and talk about your space, your wishes and your budget.

How long does a project take?

The design album takes about 3–6 weeks; the build depends on the property.

What is in the design album?

Dimensioned layouts, the furniture layout, lighting, electrical, ceiling, flooring and plumbing plans, wall elevations, materials and 3D visualisation — usually 13–21 pages.

Can I order only 3D visualisation?

Yes — 3D visualisation is also available as a separate service.

Do you oversee the renovation?

Yes — through author supervision I follow the works right up to handover, so the result matches the drawings exactly.

What state should the property be in?

Any: a black, white or green frame, or a space you already live in and want to renew.

Do you work outside Tbilisi?

Yes, remotely too — design online, supervision by arrangement.
